Processing Time

All physical stickers and ready stock polymer clay products are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship from Brunei Darussalam using local and international courier services. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we'll always do our best to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible!

• Domestic (Brunei) : 3-5 business days
  
• International : 2-8 weeks

You'll receive a tracking number (if available) once your order has been shipped.

Digital Products

Digital items (like printable stickers) are available for instant download after purchase. No physical items will be shipped for digital products.

Lost or Delayed Mail

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or customs issues. Please ensure your address is correct when checking out.
